The allocation process refers to how the education system sifts and sorts individuals to generate various types of workers for the economy. Certification of individual learners, which specifies the talents they may offer to the workplace, is a vital aspect of the allocation procedure. In the allocation process, however, intangible elements include cooperative competence, organizational commitment, discipline, work perceptions, and other personality attributes.
